ASTL, is the heavy lift services provider of the Piadena (Mantova county) based STORTI Group has taken delivery of three more CVS FERRARI Reach Stackers for their Piadena and Mantova Po river port operation, the latter one being the organization that handles the steel scrap and coils logistics for the local Arvedi Group steel plant. The three machines are all F500.RS3 models and while one comes with regular telescopic spreader, two are equipped with rotating “C” Coil Hook. All three the trucks will be equipped with the unmatched features state of the art CVS FERRARI Remote Monitoring System and with the optional systems sensors kit that enables the automatic recognition of either the handled coil or container by the reach stacker and of the exact position in the space in which the material has been picked up or released, including if the same was taken or deposited on a truck or trailer. Amazing technology that – so far – only CVS FERRARI is offering and providing as equipment manufacturer standard option accessory.
