The largest steel products producer of Turkey, MMK METALURJI has selected CVS FERRARI for its new coil handling equipment efficiency upgrade project. The CVS FERRARI F500.RS2-V Reach Stacker equipped with rotating coil “C” hook will be the first machine of this type to be used by the Turkish steel giant. Should the concept prove more efficient than presently used handling equipment, more trucks of this typology will be installed at the different premises, including a dedicated port at the south east coast of the country, where MMK manufactures (and therefore handles) 2.3 million tons of steel each year.
