As 2024 was approaching its end, CVS FERRARI has honored two very long tenure, exemplary esteemed employes that have meritfuly retired. Roberto Valla and Marco Monti were saluted by the CVS Ferrari’s staff and management and presented with commemorative plates to leave engraved on metal the deep gratitude and respect that their impeccable job serving has earned them from their employers and companions. Roberto Valla worked at the company as design engineer from the days in which CVS was manufacturing crane carriers and was directly in charge of the terminal tractors product line development in the 80’es, then transitioned to the heavy duty forklifts structural design when CVS eneterd that market in the mid 90’es. Marco Monti spent his entire working life in the assembly plant of the factory, climbing the whole craft’s ladder to become the CVS senior factory product prototyper. Both have spent fourty years of their life working at CVS with remarkable professional success and giving decisive contributions to the company’s success. Despite very comptent new and young blood will take over their work stations, they will be missed, not only for what their technical competence, but also for their exemplary work attitude and human nature.
