According to the agreement CLS will be distributing the CVS products and associated services in the territory of Italy. CLS SpA (www.cls.it) is a company of the italian Tesya Group that has a strong international vocation and presence in various industrial equipment and services distribution in some European countries. CLS specifically is a service company dedicated to the sale, rental and assistance of forklifts, machines and equipment for every logistics sector. With over 70 years of experience and solutions in every sector, the company is based in Segrate (Milan), counts on a staff of 370 people operating off 11 branches and 13 operational centers, deploys a fleet of 180 own mobile workshops and of over 5000 rental vehicles, whilst banking on the consolidated partnership with a series of innovative technological and Europe based partners.
