INTERMODAL TRASPORTI, is a long tenure intermodal operator which stated its entrepreneurial journey decades ago in the family owned root city of Viterbo that through progressive expansions has gained itself a solid position in the Italian market. Position that has been considerably strengthened by the investment that this entity has made in Agognate, in the outskirts of Novara in 2016 and with the major expansion program of this site completed in 2022. The railway terminal that has now been built with a total investment of 32 million Euro, counts on seven rail tracks and 22.000 sqm of covered warehousing facilities. Five CVS Ferrari Reach Stackers, of which two second rail capacity F500.RS7 and two F500:RS5 PB equipped with spreader with integrated piggy back have been purchased and put in service in a span of 6 months between the end of 2022 and mid-2023, to rev up the operation to the traffic intensity it now sustains. All the 5 CVS FERRARI Reach Stackers are equipped with OCR camera and DGPS sensor and fully integrated in the Terminal TOS system also supplied by CVS FERRARI that automatically tracks every movement made by the fleet and matches it with the tasks commanded by the cargo flow management.
